By booking a tour with L S L Adventure Travels & Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are quoted in [$USD] and may be subject to change based on exchange rates, fuel prices, or government taxes.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet entry requirements, including visas and travel insurance.

2. Disclaimers

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: L S L Adventure Travels & Tours shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural disasters, political instability, airline disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Travel Risks: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, travelers assume responsibility for their personal health, safety, and belongings.
  • Third-Party Services: We work with trusted hotels, transport providers, and activity operators, but we are not liable for their services, policies, or potential disruptions.

3. No Show / Failure to Cancel

  • No Show: If a client fails to show up for a tour or activity without prior notice, the full booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 30 days before departure – Full refund minus administrative fees.
    • 15-30 days before departure – 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure – No refund.
  • Early Departures: If a client decides to cut their trip short, no refunds will be issued for unused services.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • L S L Adventure Travels & Tours shall not be held liable for:
    • Any injury, illness, accident, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
    • Changes or cancellations due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions or government restrictions.
    • Any additional expenses incurred due to missed flights, delays, or last-minute itinerary changes.
  • Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in a Sri Lankan court.
